We manufacture, by pressing, turning and beaded, boiler dish end heads of a circular, oval, elliptical, panoramic (square, rectangular o TV screen type and trapezoidal) and hemicircular plant (athletic stadium plant). And we inlay our oval, alliptical, panoramic and hemicircular dish end head practically flattened, for assembly easier on ferrule, reducing his natural arching to the minimum. Please ask us for dimensions which suit your works.
We use different materials and alloys: Carbon Steels (S235JR, S275JR, S355, A516, etc.), Stainless Steels (AISI 304, 316L) in their different finishes, Aluminiums (5000 & 7000 series), Copper, Refractory Steels, Corten and Titanium Steels, etc.
We produce dish end shapes according to Regulations: Low pressure of CAMPSA; PRC, MRC or GRC (French regulation), Klopper (DIN 28011 M, UNE 9201), Korbbögen (DIN 28013), ASME, of a flat profile with a round border and at square, of a conic profile, inverted, semispherical dish end caps (See Figures from our Catalogue: (F-1), (F-2), etc.).
Our ordinary diameters go from 30 to 4200 mm., and we have initial thicknesses of up to 18 mm.; however, we can study special dimensions.
We also perform all types of weldings in semiautomatic seam, initial disk cuts and concentric and eccentric drillings on the different figures of finished boiler heads
